What do you think of the latest seasons of "House M.D"?

After 3 or 4 seasons all shows start to worsen. All the characters change and the original spunk of the show is gone. House is no exception. They have to know when to stop. It's hard to keep coming up with weird problems for the patients and the past few seasons are unexciting anymore.
