Ps3 controller problem..analog sticks?

So i have one ps3 controller. The regular dualshock 3. And everything on it is good besides the analong sticks. The right one doesnt move around quickly and it squeeks alot. And its hard to use when playing shooting games. The left one doesnt have a lot of mobility as well and it gets stuck when i move it upwards. What can i do to fix the analog sticks...please help.
