Well this is all true to an extent. Some other things that you should probably put into account was that the relay men or Radio operators recieved The Japanese warning and reason for attack. However the message never got to Roosevelt due to an ignorant fellow claiming that the attack was the President's issue and not his. Therefore the Attack on Pearl Harbour could have been prevented. Also the Americans claimed Pearl Harbour Illegally as well as the State of Hawaii but that is anoher matter entirely. It has also been the subject of controversy for many many years.
