Who sings old reggae song "pum pum nani nani haffi run me red, pum pum nani nani haffi kill me dead"?

A lot of people/DJ's used it as a sample in the early 90's. I know it's not "Tu Pum Pum" by El General and it's not "Punanny" by Admiral Bailey, but I think Admiral Bailey does sing it.. Also, recently MARC ACARDIPANE sampled it as well. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
