Power window problems(Mazda BT-50)?

normally, when i press the main power window button, one click downwards the window automatically goes all the way down, the same applies when one click upwards. recently i just changed my car battery without any prob, but soon later i realize the main power window doesnt work like it should, when i click once, it only goes a little bit just like the rear / normal power window. i have to push the button all the way to move up and downwards my main door window. any helps guys? fuse? or anything?
