I was running, well sprinting and i think i twisted my ankle. The only problem it isn't my ankle that hurts it's my leg muscle. It isn't swelling but if i rotate my ankle upwards i will feel some pain. I didn't tear anything that i no. What should i do i need it to heal quick..Any advice of what to do?When i put my ankle upwards only one part hurts so its not the whole leg.
