What do you think coby should have?

I'm talking about coby from one piece, he told luffy that he was going to become an admiral and catch him, but he needs to get stronger. I think he need's a cool devils fruit power and some haki (He has the sensory one) so my question is : what devil fruit should he get and/or other training/haki so he can be a match for luffy?
