How do i work out the angle the gun was fired at?

Actually the angle of the wound was 30 degrees upwards so what i really want is to work out- If the victim is 5ft 9 inches and the shooter 5ft 6 inches. Then does the shooter simply raise their arm 30 degrees to accquire the shot to match (note the wound is just behind the right ear travelling right to left and up at 30 degrees) id like to know how raised the arm would be or even if that shot is likely at a propable distance of 3ft with the height distances. This is part of somethingquite important so if you need more info ill happily provide if u need it (as much as i can) but basically if you can say that shot is/is not possible. And if possible to say arm would be raised xx degrees above shoulder level. or raised at the elbow x degrees. Thanks in advance for all help.
