when i'm playing a soccer game for 10 minutes or more, my calf muscle starts to act very strange. when i either run fast or try to take the ball away from someone else, my calf muscle starts to get really tight and involuntarily forces my leg to go upwards, the leg then feels really hard and i cant move it. this stays for a couple of seconds, then the leg goes back down by itself. it's mostly my right leg but sometimes it's both of my legs. should i see a doctor??
