Intense neck pain is killing me! Please help?

i think you know what the problem is. your uppermost neck vertebra is subluxated-misaligned and fixated, and pressing on nerves in your spinal cord. some of the affected nerves control your neck muscles. you make the situation worse by cracking it, even though it might feel better briefly. there is one solution. go to an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor (not a commonplace spinal manipulator), and get it precisely corrected, and keep it corrected. before you do that, though, you need to change your habits. number one, never crack your neck. if you do it even once, you will mess it up again. never lay down on your stomach. this puts a lot of stress on your upper neck and will make it misalign also. don't even rub or stretch your upper neck. if you don't want to follow these instructions, forget about getting better, and don't waste the chiropractor's time and effort.
