Here i have a scientific problem with me i wish anyone can solve it and i my self have created this problem !?

So according to Newton things don't change velocity unless a force is put upon them. If you throw a ball upwards in a car, the ball is moving at 33.33m/sec relative to the ground, but relative to the car it's not moving (except upwards). There is no force acting on the ball to move it in any direction. If you throw it out the window it will continue to move at 33.33m/sec, but it will be slowed by air which is not moving at that speed (if you were in space, it would continue moving at 33.33m/sec until it hit something). So to answer your question, there's no wind inside the car to move the ball backwards, if you did it in a convertible the ball would go backwards.
