Food Stamps Are Only Giving Me $110 For Me And My Daughter?

I am living with a family friend that is paying for diapers and other necessity's my daughter needs while I go to school, they also pay for my phone every month that is between $30-$45. But that is it. I applied for food stamps and they are only giving me $110 dollars for me and my daughter every month, why is it so low when other people that need food stamps WAY less are getting upwards of $300???
