Can i get i to the naval academy?

So Im a Freshmen about to be sophmore. In the first half of my freshmen year i earned a 4 gpa and in the second half due to a family issue earned a 2. I am wondering what my chances are of getting in asuming i earn As from now unitll the end of high school. I would also like to know if the following wilhelp me, Wrestling and debate team Fluent in Arabic( Rossetta Stone) and a desendent of Rear Admiral Dahlgren
